I did some estate planning in the past with my financial advisor. Should I still consult an estate planning attorney?

Although you may have discussed estate planning with your financial advisor, it's important to know that only Florida attorneys can give you legal advice with regard to your estate plan. So it is important that you meet with a Florida attorney to discuss your estate plan, and that plan can be coordinated with your financial adviser as well. A team approach works, but you have to make sure you're speaking to the properly licensed individual
